Shipping Policy
U.S. Shipping
Most orders typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note pre-ordered items take 7-14 days. Custom printed items may also take longer to ship.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. Orders need to be placed before 8am EST to be shipped the same day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
All of our shipping methods have estimated transit delivery dates and are not guaranteed.
Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time provided does not account for Sundays or holidays.
In the event that the merchandise you've selected is not currently in stock or if we require additional identification for credit verification, we'll reach out to you via email or the phone number provided.
If we do not hear back from you in several days your order maybe cancelled or have a delayed shipping time.

We offer replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages, provided that the items are no longer available. To initiate the process for reshipment, we will send an insurance form to the email address on file, which requires your signature. It's imperative that you complete and return this form within 14 business days to qualify for reshipment or refund. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the inability to reship or refund your order. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Some packages due get held up in customs. thiPlease be aware that some packages may experience delays due to being held up in customs. These delays can range from several days to more than a week, depending on the country's customs procedures. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this process or reship your order while it is held up in customs.
